Custom DTF transfers have a longer production time.

If you order customs and other products together, your ENTIRE order will be held until your customs arrive. Everything will ship together.

👉 Don't want your other items held while customs are being produced? Place your custom order separately.

Separate orders still follow their normal posted processing times. Ordering separately does NOT mean immediate shipping.

💗 BUNDLE PASS + VIP MEMBERS

If your Bundle Pass/VIP benefit removes shipping from your custom order, your customs will be held and shipped with your applicable bundle shipment.

Want your customs shipped separately when they arrive? You must contact us and pay the separate shipping charge.

Free Bundle/VIP shipping does not include an additional shipment for customs later.

3️⃣ Enter the exact quantity you need
Type your quantity in the note box.

5️⃣ Repeat for each design

Example: Need 12 Santa prints? Choose the 15-print tier, upload the Santa PNG, and enter 12 in the note box.

⏰ PRODUCTION TIME

📅 Custom orders are submitted in weekly batches every Friday.

⏰ Order by Friday at 11:59 AM CST to be included in that week's batch.

🖨️ Print lab turnaround is approximately 7–12 BUSINESS DAYS after the batch is submitted.
